In his Pre-Budget Report on 24 November 2008, the Chancellor announced that the standard rate of VAT will be reduced to 15% on 1 December 2008.

To this effect, all our clients currently paying by MSF (Managed Service Form) or Standing Order, will receive their invoices using the new VAT fraction of 3/23 on their current monthly payments.

Such practice will be adopted to be the most administrative over the proposed period ending 31 December 2009. Any clients requiring a refund of the excess monthly charge are requested to raise an invoice to eSterling Ltd between the period 10 December 2009 to 31 December 2009. Any requests after these dates may not be honoured.
