When they first came to us in 2002, Howells Patent Glazing were understandably nervous of the IT and Internet Services industry as a whole having received a catalogue of sub-standard services from previous suppliers. They needed a company who could deal with their web site design and search engine optimisation as well as providing ongoing support with their internal administration systems. Their web site brief required an online brochure which they could keep updated. They needed to grasp the expanding online market and attract more customers, driving sales forward.
