Statistics can show you how popular your site is, what sections people like the most, what people type in search engines and more.

To help you get started with your stats we've included a questions and answer section below.

Questions and answers
Q How do I get started?
Q What do the figures mean ?
Q What are the different types of report ?

How do I get started? - back to top

if you want to view your stats first of all give us a call to get your username and password.

After you have your username and password simply go to the log in section and log in.

next select the name of the site that you want to see statistics for, click submit query.

Then all you have to do is sit back and wait for your statistics to be compiled.

What do these figures mean ? - back to top
Statistics are displayed in two different ways, these are :
  1. Number of requests
  2. Number of Page requests

The number of requests :
this shows the number of elements that make up each page, this includes pictures and pages.
For example the page displayed below has 13 pictures(see figure 1, 1 through to 13) and the page its self which makes 14.

Figure 1

Therefore every time this page is viewed it will show up as 14 requests.

The number of Page Requests :
This ignores any elements such as pictures and multimedia and only counts the page itself. In this instance the page above would be counted as 1. This gives a more realistic indication of how visited your site is
