Please read these Terms and Conditions before signing your Order Form, requesting clarification if any part is unclear.
Although the agreement between both parties (i.e. a Client placing an order and eSterling accepting that order) indicates that both parties have formed a significantly good relationship to enter into the business relationship, both parties require a level of legal protection to ensure that each party enters the agreement confident in the requirements and expectations on both sides.
As specified on the Order Form, or eSterling’s acceptance of an email Confirmation Order, all of the above Terms & Conditions apply to both parties. The placing of ANY order with eSterling, either in writing or verbally (eSterling will in fact accept a verbal order from an authorised, representative of a Client, in good faith) is subject to these standard Terms and Conditions. These do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
