International Luxury Group is one of the world's leading companies in the field of licensed watches, accessories and eyewear.
When working with a corporation of this size it is important to know the business inside out. Once the initial vision was discussed, we set about planning the structure of the website along with the intricacies and detail that would eventually make this project come alive.
The real work began with the design concepts which outlined the complex features of the home page. Due to our understanding of ILG’s core values, we were able to produce a home page that blew everyone away. Using the WordPress framework we married a stylish front end with a super-powerful content management system to allow ILG to really take advantage of WordPress’ engaging and user-friendly interface.
The website had to avoid looking out of place when compared to brands such as Lipsy, French Connection, Police and Hype.
Project Goals
Having been displeased with their old website for some time, ILG approached us with a clear vision. They showed us the types of features they liked from around the web and knew exactly what atmosphere they wanted the new website to have. Our job was to make that vision a reality.
Our Work
Using WordPress as the framework, we set about producing the right look and feel which came fairly soon within the project life span. The project features an interactive home page with numerous elements that outline ILG’s core values and unique selling points. A categorised portfolio section shows the brands ILG work with.
Mobile
The feedback we’ve recieved since launch has been exciting to say the least; the site was awarded a ‘Site of the Day’ honour from CSS Reel (2018).
Since we completed the first UK site, we’ve also rolled out sister websites for both ILG America and ILG Germany.
The website has been a success and has been duplicated for America & Germany.
In every metric we can see, the website has driven growth and traffic, increasing their brand reach and recognition around the globe.
