JLL approaches us about building a new website which had more focus on sales and conversions. We approached the project by firstly identifying what the current site lacked and investigating its performance and once we were in a position to advise a solution we produced a proposal which included our recommendations and frameworks that would meet their requirements.
The new visuals came quite organically and weren't subject to revision after revision which can hamper some projects. It was important for our Design team to liaise closely with our Digital Marketing department as often as possible so that the original goals of the website could be met.

This site is built on the Magento framework - It features a bespoke theme designed and developed by eSterling in Birmingham, UK.
Although JLL had been selling their products online for some time, one of the main goals was to bring their products to a wider audience.
With that in mind, JLL wanted the user experience to be simple and allow a simple transition from browsing to checkout on all devices.
The initial concept designs were created following numerous ‘discovery’ meetings between eSterling & JLL Fitness where we were able to identify the kind of look and feel that would appeal to the target audience. The initial design stage went by with with little or no changes to the original design we created.
A year after the brand new eCommerce store launched, the website had seen a huge increase in traffic, sales and revenue. By working closely with JLL and improving rankings we were able to improve monthly turnover.
The Bounce rate dropped by 12%, Page sessions increased by 16% and eCommerce conversion rate improved by 36% since the sites launch.
